These terms govern your use of the WEKRAM Technologies website. By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

01Who we are and acceptance of these terms

The website at wekram.com (the “Website”) is operated by WEKRAM Technologies (“WEKRAM”, “we”, “us”), a software engineering and technology services business based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing or using the Website you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update them from time to time, and your continued use after an update means you accept the updated version.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

02Information on the Website

The Website describes our company, services, platforms and work. We take care to keep it accurate and to label each system as deployed, in development or a concept, but the content is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver any particular product, feature or result.

References to government bodies and public institutions describe work we have carried out for them. They do not state or imply that any such body endorses WEKRAM or its products. Diagrams and interactive demonstrations are illustrations of how a system works and do not show real records.

Features, availability and descriptions may change without notice.

03Enquiries, demonstrations and estimates

Sending an enquiry, blueprint or demo request through the Website does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. The tools on the Website, including “Build Your Business System”, give an indicative picture to start a conversation. They do not produce a price or a binding scope.

We provide services only under a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work signed or accepted by both parties. That agreement will set out the scope, fees, timelines, ownership of deliverables and other terms.

04Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • submit false, misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes anyone’s rights;
  • send spam or use automated means to submit forms or to extract content at scale;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system, or to probe, scan or test its security without our written permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Website or the experience of other visitors; or
  • use the Website to transmit malware or anything harmful.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to contact@wekram.com so that we can fix it. We ask that you do not exploit it or disclose it publicly before we have had a reasonable chance to respond.

05What you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for having the right to share it. Please do not submit through the Website’s forms any confidential, classified or operationally sensitive information, passwords, identity numbers, or personal data of other people that you are not authorised to share.

Information sent through the Website’s forms is not covered by any confidentiality obligation unless we have agreed one in writing. If you need to share confidential material, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first.

We use the information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

06Intellectual property

The Website’s design, text, graphics, software code, the WEKRAM name and logos, and the names and marks of our own platforms belong to WEKRAM or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The names, logos and marks of clients and other organisations shown on the Website belong to their respective owners. They appear only to identify work we have done or testimonials given, and their display does not grant you any right to use them.

You may view the Website and share links to it. You may quote short extracts of our articles with clear attribution and a link back. Any other copying, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

07Third-party links and content

The Website links to sites that we do not own or control, including client websites and product sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

08Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEKRAM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or from reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for services we provide to clients is governed solely by the agreement for those services.

10Privacy and email communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by email or telephone about your request. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask us to.

11Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without liability. We may also revise these terms; the date of the latest version is shown on this page.

12Governing law and disputes

These terms and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

We would like to resolve concerns informally first. Please write to contact@wekram.com and we will try in good faith to resolve the matter.

13General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Website.
