Solutions

Eight ways we turn a problem into a working system.

We don’t sell technologies. We take a business, government or enterprise problem and engineer the smallest system that solves it well, then stay accountable for it.

Start from your problem

01 · AI integration

Take the repetitive judgement out of your workflows without taking people out of the decisions.

Most organisations don’t need an AI strategy. They need one slow, manual step in a real workflow to become faster and more consistent, and they need to know where a human still decides.

  • Less time spent reading, sorting, re-typing and summarising
  • Consistent first-pass analysis that people review rather than produce
  • Assistants and chatbots grounded in your own records, not generic answers

Find the step, not the buzzword

We map the workflow and pick the one step where automation or prediction clearly pays.

Keep a person accountable

Every AI output is reviewable, traceable to its source records and overridable.

Prove it small

A narrow pilot on real data first. Then widen it, or drop it.

Treat data as a safety issue

Sensitive records stay in your control. We design for privacy before model choice.

What we offer: process automation, chatbots, custom machine-learning models and predictive analytics. AI tools are also part of how we analyse requirements and run delivery. Integrations inside our own platforms are planned, not yet released (see Products).

02 · Enterprise software

Replace the spreadsheet-and-email machinery your operations quietly depend on.

Growing organisations end up running critical processes on shared spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and tribal knowledge. It works until the one person who understands it is away.

  • One source of truth for customers, stock, billing and people
  • Approvals and hand-offs that follow the process, not who is in the office
  • Reports produced from live records instead of assembled by hand

Start with how work really flows

We shadow the process before drawing screens: CRM, ERP, GST billing, HR and project management.

Roles and permissions first

Who can create, approve, see and export is designed before features.

Migrate, don’t abandon

Existing data and habits are carried over so the cut-over isn’t a cliff.

Integrate with what stays

Accounting, payments, messaging and legacy systems are connected, not replaced for sport.

03 · Custom SaaS

Turn your expertise into a product many customers can use without breaking each other.

A product that serves many customers has to keep their data apart, bill them, onboard them and evolve without breaking any of them. Retro-fitting that is expensive.

  • A multi-tenant foundation that is safe from the first customer
  • Subscription, onboarding and admin tooling built in, not added later
  • A codebase you own and can grow

Choose the isolation model deliberately

Shared schema, schema-per-tenant or database-per-tenant, chosen against your risk and scale.

Shared services, tenant-owned data

Identity, records, reporting and audit are built once and reused.

Ship a narrow v1

A focused first release to real users, then iterate on evidence.

04 · GovTech platforms

Give government departments records that stand up to scrutiny and tools their staff will actually use.

Public systems carry duties commercial software rarely does: strict chains of command, accountability for every action, field staff on basic phones, and records that may be examined years later.

  • Hierarchy and permissions that mirror the real organisation
  • Field workflows that capture the record at the moment of action
  • Audit trails and reports that make oversight routine rather than an exercise

Model the organisation

Stations, sub-divisions, offices and tenants are part of the data model, not a report filter.

Mobile, local-language, forgiving

Android and Marathi-first interfaces designed for people working outdoors.

Confidential by default

We publish what is safe to publish. Operational details stay with the department.

05 · Blockchain-enabled systems

Make it provable that a record hasn’t been changed, in the places where that proof matters.

Some records are only valuable if you can demonstrate they are unaltered. A plain database can’t show that on its own. Often, though, a signed audit log is enough. We’ll tell you which you need.

  • Integrity you can demonstrate to a third party, not just assert
  • Verification added where it earns its cost, not everywhere
  • Clear explanation of what is, and is not, guaranteed

Ask whether you need it

Many problems are solved by append-only logs and signatures. We’ll say so when that’s true.

Anchor integrity, not secrets

Verification data is designed so sensitive content never leaves your control.

Fit it into the workflow

Verification runs behind the scenes, so users aren’t asked to understand it.

06 · Cybersecurity

Reduce the chance that your system becomes the incident, and be ready if it does.

Most breaches exploit ordinary things: weak access control, exposed data, unpatched dependencies. Security that is added at the end is the most expensive kind.

  • Access control and data handling designed in from the first sprint
  • Fewer, better-understood attack paths
  • Systems that log enough to answer ‘what happened?’

Threat-model the workflow

We ask how each feature could be abused before it is built.

Server-side authority

Permissions are enforced on the server, never only hidden in the interface.

Hardened by default

Salted password hashing, signed sessions, HTTPS, private media storage.

Certified practitioners

Our team includes certified cybersecurity professionals.

07 · Web & mobile engineering

A product your users can reach on the devices they actually own.

Your customers or staff are on phones, on slow networks, in more than one language. A website that merely shrinks, or an app disconnected from the back end, will be abandoned.

  • Fast, accessible, search-visible web applications
  • Android and iOS apps sharing one coherent back end
  • Interfaces in the language your users work in

One back end, many fronts

Web, Android and iOS clients consume the same rules and data.

Performance is a feature

Budgets for weight and speed from day one. Real devices, real networks.

Accessible and multilingual

Keyboard, contrast and screen-reader support, with Marathi, Hindi and English where needed.

08 · Business automation

Stop paying skilled people to copy data between systems.

Invoices re-keyed, leads forwarded by hand, reports rebuilt every month. These small tasks add up to a large, invisible cost, and a steady source of errors.

  • Routine hand-offs happen on their own, with exceptions flagged to people
  • Fewer transcription errors
  • Hours returned to work that needs judgement

Measure the manual work first

We time and trace a process before automating it, so there’s a baseline.

Automate the boring 80%

Rules and integrations first. AI only where rules can’t reach.

Make failures visible

Every automated step logs what it did and escalates what it couldn’t.
