SAVEARTHA is WEKRAM's NGO management solution. Each organisation gets its own website in English, Marathi and Hindi and an admin portal for members, donors, accounts, governance and compliance records. The platform is deployed; the list below separates what is built from what is still planned.

Capabilities
What it does.
Organisation website
News, activities, events with registration and QR tickets, photo albums, documents and an enquiry inbox with spam protection, on the NGO's own domain.
Members and volunteers
Membership categories and applications, gap-free member numbers, fee receipts, ID cards and certificates as PDFs, volunteers and office-bearers.
Donor records and receipts
Donor register and gift records (cash, UPI, cheque, in-kind) with gap-free trilingual receipts. SAVEARTHA records and receipts donations; it does not collect payments.
Accounts and governance
Vouchers, expenses and year-end close, plus meetings, minutes, resolutions and an AGM pack.
Compliance preparation
A registrations calendar and preparation workbooks and registers for 10BD and 10BE, with optional FCRA registers. This is recordkeeping and preparation only: nothing is filed, and dates should be confirmed with the organisation's chartered accountant.
Year-end reports
An annual pack with Excel workbooks and an annual-report PDF, marked as a draft and not audited.
Website assistant
A chat assistant that answers only from information the NGO has published.
Messages and forms
Consent-aware e-mail with unsubscribe, forms, surveys and polls, and a grievance register.
